DiD Ticket Request Center
Quick Start Guide


The DiD Ticket Request Center (TRC) is used to submit and monitor requests related to:

  • Support
  • Service
  • Enhancements
  • Information

All requests must be submitted through the TRC to ensure accurate tracking and response.


Before Submitting a Request

Please confirm the following:

  • Your profile information is complete (Company, Department, Job Title)
  • One ticket is submitted per issue or request
  • The correct Request Type and Priority are selected

An accurate submission ensures proper routing and a timely response.


Submitting a Request

  1. Select Create New Ticket
  2. Choose the appropriate Request Type
  3. Complete all required fields
  4. Review and confirm the selected Priority
  5. Submit the request

Upon submission, you will receive:

  • On-screen confirmation
  • An email containing a direct link to your ticket

After Submission

  • All communication and updates occur within the ticket
  • Email notifications reflect ticket activity
  • For critical issues, submit the ticket first, then contact support directly

Submitting the ticket first ensures the issue is documented and prioritized appropriately.


Profile Management

Profile information supports accurate routing and request handling.

Please ensure the following details are current:

  • Job Title
  • Company Name
  • Department

Keeping your profile up to date helps streamline request processing.
